the room was absolutely freezing, despite being in warm Lisbon. it was a shock to see the heating barely working and the awful breakfast selection was just bread. also, i didn't even get an upgraded room, how could they not realize that special guests like me deserve better? i just couldn't recommend this 'hotel'.

The staff were incredibly friendly and
helpful throughout our stay, especially when we had issues with the initial room's air conditioning. The location was fantastic, walking distance from popular sites and close to transport options. However, the breakfast could use some improvement to enhance overall satisfaction.

Friendly staff and central location
Waking up to friendly faces at the front desk was always a pleasure! The air of kindness from the staff made our experience delightful, even when challenges arose.
However, the breakfast left much to be desired—limited options and some low-quality items made it less enjoyable. The breakfast room was also quite cramped.

The hotel was clean and had a comfortable room for our three-night stay. It's centrally located, only a ten-minute walk from the metro, which made getting around super easy. We also appreciated the basic breakfast to kickstart our mornings, as it helped us save time before exploring the city.
The breakfast selection was rather basic, which could be limiting for some travelers.

The hotel was welcoming for our family, including our two dogs. We loved the nearby metro station that made exploring Lisbon easy with the kids. The staff ensured a comfortable stay, and the breakfast had just the right amount of choices for everyone.
In my wife’s opinion, the lift maintenance was quite distracting.

The room was spacious and ready early, which made for a smooth check-in. However, the dark and cramped conditions of the smaller room left much to be desired. it felt uncomfortable, especially with limited amenities and inadequate light. While I appreciated the breakfast, the limited selection was disappointing, and there were issues with cleanliness that detracted from my experience.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially with the comfortable bed that made it easy to unwind and the clean, fresh atmosphere throughout the hotel. For relaxation, the pool area was a nice escape, and I loved the little garden to chill in after a long day. Just a heads-up, the breakfast selection could use a bit more variety to match the overall quality of the place! 😊
